1 Come take a Tour!
Tours are given Monday-Friday, 12pm-2pm and 6pm-7pm. Please only bring yourself and your vaccination records. During our tour, we will take you behind the scenes of our facility so you can experience exactly where your pet will be. We will explain our policies, show you all of our boarding and daycare options, and answer any questions you may have.
2 Make an Account with Us!
To make an account with us please click the “New Customer Registration” tab and follow the prompted steps to create a profile for yourself. Once your profile is completed you may create a profile for your pet by clicking the green “add pet” option. When asked about vaccinations please put the expiration date of the vaccination NOT the date given. If your pet does not have a particular vaccine please put today’s date as the expiration date. You can request any services needed from our online portal.
3 Send Us Your Vaccinations!
For our records, we will need a PDF copy of your pet’s vaccinations emailed to our email, or a hard copy dropped off at our facility. Any vaccinations can be emailed to us at Happypets@dogtownkittycity.com.
4 Fill Out Paperwork!
Owners must fill out a medical release form and terms of agreement upon dropping off their pet. We have copies you can fill out at our facility after a tour or you can print them at home and bring them with your pet. We also allow a PDF copy emailed to us as well.
5 Schedule a Temperament Test! (Dogs Only)
Once your dog is fully vaccinated we do ask that you schedule a temperament test. This allows us to put your dog in many different situations to ensure your dog is suitable for daycare. If your dog is not dog friendly please let us know and a temperament test will not be needed. If you are planning on boarding your dog, we can do a temperament test during boarding. Temperament tests are Monday-Friday drop off at 7 am – 8 am and pick up between 12 pm – 1 pm. If you are unable to pick up your dog between that time frame a half day of daycare will be charged.
